Alloy 25 is a high performance copper beryllium alloy used in applications requiring strength, fatigue resistance, nonmagnetic properties, conductivity, and corrosionresistance.
Descriptions of ALLOY 25
Alloy 25, also known as C17200 or beryllium copper, is a high-performance copper-based alloy containing approximately 1.8–2.0% beryllium. It offers a rare combination of high strength (up to 200 ksi after heat treatment), good electrical conductivity, and excellent corrosion and fatigue resistance. ARM supplies Alloy 25 in various forms including bar, sheet, strip, and wire—precision-manufactured for demanding industrial uses.
