Alloy 25 is a high performance copper beryllium alloy used in applications requiring strength, fatigue resistance, nonmagnetic properties, conductivity, and corrosionresistance.
Alloy 25, also known as C17200 or beryllium copper, is a high-performance copper-based alloy containing approximately 1.8–2.0% beryllium. It offers a rare combination of high strength (up to 200 ksi after heat treatment), good electrical conductivity, and excellent corrosion and fatigue resistance. ARM supplies Alloy 25 in various forms including bar, sheet, strip, and wire—precision-manufactured for demanding industrial uses.

Aerospace: Used in landing gear bushings, actuators, and structural components due to fatigue strength.
Electronics: Ideal for springs, connectors, and switches requiring both conductivity and mechanical durability.
Oil & Gas: Components exposed to high pressure and corrosive environments.
Molds and Tooling: Used for plastic injection molds for its wear resistance and thermal conductivity.
Medical Devices: Non-magnetic and spark-resistant parts in imaging and surgical equipment.
Our ALLOY 25 is carefully handled to minimize damage during storage and transportation and to preserve the quality of the product in its original condition.
