Molybdenum nozzles are made of molybdenum powders which purity is 99.95% minimum. TZM and Mo-La alloy nozzles are also available for enhanced application.
To fit your specific glass melting demand, we can supply molybdenum spinning nozzles and other components according to your engineered drawing.
|Manufactured per drawing
* Molybdenum spinning nozzles are mainly used for wool and fiber production.
* Used for glass production. Glass wool and glass fiber are manufactured at temperatures of over 1600 °C (2912 °F). During the production process, the liquid melt passes through outflow molybdenum nozzles or tungsten nozzles. The melt is then either blown or spun to create the finished product.
Our moly spinning nozzles are clearly tagged and labeled externally to ensure efficient identification and quality control. Great care is taken to avoid any damage which might be caused during storage or transportation.
