Descriptions of Tungsten Crucibletungsten-crucibles

Tungsten is resistant to certain molten metals and metal oxides. Tungsten Crucible is widely used in technologies for growing monocrystals from molten corundum, it is also used in electronics and technologies for thermal vaporization-deposition of various substances. Tungsten Crucible is an important part of the high-temperature furnace because of its high melting point.

Tungsten Crucible and other pure tungsten & molybdenum parts can be used for sapphire crystal growth and rare-earth melting due to their high temperature resistance, low pollution and other excellent characteristics.

I received my crucible in a timely manor as promised. When i first used it it cracked and broke. I was under the impression it did not need to be pre heated so i put it directly in the smelter. When i let them know this they immeditely offered to send me another. I received the second one in just 3 days. This time it had a notice on the box to preheat. I did this and just got done with my first fire and it worked perfectly it looks like I will get several fires from this crucible. I will absolutely use them again they have quality products and stand behind them without hesitation.
