Tungsten copper electrodes are strong refractory metal materials manufactured by a strictly controlled process including pressing, sintering and infiltrating with copper. The properties of Tungsten composites are influenced by the copper-to-Tungsten ratio. If the Tungsten content improves, the electric arc and wear resistance will increase while the thermal and electrical conductivity, on the contrary, will reduce.

Tungsten-Copper electrodes are suited to a wide range of high-speed, automated welding operations. For brazing copper and copper alloys, Tungsten-Copper electrodes offer excellent electrode heat balance for applications such as high-speed spot welding of wire harnesses for use in motors, automobiles, and anywhere complex or simple wire harnesses are used. Other applications include line switches for battery packs, as well as electrical components for manufacturing lines of circuit breakers and electrical switches.
Tungsten copper electrodes are clearly tagged and labeled externally to ensure efficient identification and quality control. Great care is taken to avoid any damage which might be caused during storage or transportation.
